BFG Communications has an immediate need for a full-time Event Logistics Coordinator in San Francisco, CA. The Logistics Coordinator supports the Campari America Marketing Department in the management of general logistics and materials required to execute events on behalf of the company. The Logistics Coordinator works with Engagement & Advocacy team (PR and Events, Bartender Relations and Corporate Philanthropy) and other Marketing staff to assure smoothly executed brand and company events. This includes pre-event coordination with internal/external stakeholders including local sales teams; ordering, tracking, receiving, shipping, and securing event product and materials; and working with external spirits distributors and retailers, as well as various event supply vendors. In addition, the Logistics Coordinator maintains a detailed log with the status of each event and develops a monthly calendar of events shared across the company. A key part of this role includes involvement in local Bay Area engagement programs targeting bartenders, philanthropy, and influencers. The Logistics Coordinator is also responsible for SAP management within the Engagement & Advocacy department, as well as managing the Customer Service agency.
